PURPOSE:
Consists of the emergency purchase of an animal crematory. The existing incinerator is no longer operating at optimum capacity and the waste it produces is causing a threat to local citizens and the environment. This request is for the ratification of the purchase of the incinerator.

2. Justification: The current incinerator is malfunctioning further use of the
salvaged burner will pose a risk to the public health and safety.
