PURPOSE:
To obtain Board of Commissioner approval and acceptance of a Community Garden Runoff Mitigation Project estimated at $57,145.00 for Zonolite Park.
NEED/IMPACT:
The Recreation, Parks and Cultural Affairs Department has received cisterns for the community garden located at Zonolite Park from the Bonneville Environmental Foundation. The grant was applied for and received by the South Fork Conservancy. The grant donation consists of the installation of cisterns to supply water to the community garden.

RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
To approve and accept the donation of the cisterns from the Bonneville Environmental Foundation obtained by the South Fork Conservancy and to authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents for the completion of the project.
