PURPOSE:
To approve the appropriation of $50,000 of Federal America Rescue Plan funds reserved for District 4 for distribution to Scottdale Early Learning Inc. to help their efforts in meeting the needs of their clients with essential needs as defined by American Rescue Plan.
NEED/IMPACT:
DeKalb stakeholders servicing constituents have a need for financial support to provide essential resources and relief and support to DeKalb County residents affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Appropriation of an amount not to exceed $50,000 from POETA Account#105726-69110-521209-01-602476 in the amounts prescribed to Scottdale Early Learning Inc.

Recommended Action
To approve the resolution and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents.
