PURPOSE:
The purpose of this agenda item is to allocate funding to The Hank Stewart Foundation from the American Rescue Plan funds to assist with eviction forbearance, utility and water billing assistance, and other administrative costs.
NEED/IMPACT:
This agenda item will help to ensure that those in District 5 facing eviction, delinquent in rental payments, or experiencing homelessness can get needed assistance.
