PURPOSE:
To ratify and reaffirm the dedication to and acceptance by DeKalb County of certain infrastructure and real property commonly known as the twittens.
NEED/IMPACT:
To ratify and reaffirm the dedication to and acceptance by DeKalb County of certain infrastructure and real property commonly known as the twittens, which serve homes and lots in the Druid Hills subdivision have been utilized by the public and maintained by or for the benefit of public for over one hundred years.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No cost to the County.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
To adopt the attached Resolution ratifying and reaffirming the dedication and acceptance by DeKalb County of certain infrastructure and real property commonly known as the twittens and directing (1) the modification of all appropriate County Records to reflect such ratification and reaffirmation of dedication and (2) the recording of all necessary documents in the land records of DeKalb County, Georgia to reflect such ratification and reaffirmation of dedication.
