PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on April 9, 2019 for an amount not to exceed $5,996,003.45. On February 11, 2020 the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 amending the original funding allocation to add HOST funds and to reduce the amount of SPLOST funds originally allocated. On August 11, 2020, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 for an amount not to exceed $77,840.00 to provide funds for the construction of a retaining wall needed to address design of a steep slope identified after the completion of grading work to eliminate potential erosion problems. On March 9, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 for an amount not to exceed $85,000.00 to allow for the excavation of numerous additional test holes to better determine the locations of utilities that are in conflict with proposed storm drain systems along Henderson Road. On December 14, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 4 to extend the contract term for an additional six (6) months to allow more time to address utilities conflicts with proposed storm drain systems along Henderson Road.
