PURPOSE:
To allocate $75,000 from District 5 Pleasantdale Proceeds District 5 account, 104841.86101.541200.01.602028 to the Arabia Mountain Heritage Alliance for the purposes of renovating/stabilizing the Historic Ragsdale House.
NEED/IMPACT:
The renovation/stabilization of the Historic Ragsdale House is needed and will allow the Alliance to expand the use of the facility. The complete capital project will be done by the Alliance and the $75,000 from DeKalb County will be allocated for the stabilization of the house.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No impact to 2022 Operating Budget. $75,000 to be transferred from the Pleasantdale Proceeds District 5 account to the Arabia Mountain Heritage Alliance for the Ragsdale House capital improvements.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
To approve the transfer of $75,000 from Pleasantdale Proceeds District 5 account, 104841.86101.541200.01.602028 to the Arabia Mountain Heritage Alliance for the purposes of renovating/stabilizing the Historic Ragsdale House; and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents.
