PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on May 22, 2018, for an amount not to exceed $22,957,580.00. On November 17, 2020, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to increase the contract term through December 31, 2021. On December 14, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to extend the contract term through December 31, 2022. This contract consists of, but is not limited to, the following activities: sewer pipe replacement with same diameter or larger diameter; pipe replacement utilizing either open-cut or pip-bursting methods; full or partial length sewer lining; point repairs; manhole interior coating or lining; manhole height adjustment and/or frame and cover adjustment or replacement; connection sealing; and/or manhole replacement at various locations.
An increase in contract scope, funding, and term is sought to support the results of the DWM dynamic model and Consent Decree modification requirements.
