PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on August 13, 2019 for a total amount not to exceed $2,037,500.00. On August 25, 2020, the BOC approved the 1st renewal for a total amount not to exceed $2,125,000.00. On August 24, 2021, the BOC approved the 2nd renewal for a total amount not to exceed $2,110,000.00. Contracts consist of cutting, cleaning, spraying and repair/maintenance of stormwater retention and detention ponds and increasing the service level to clean more ponds each year. Awards are made by tiers and provide cleaning/services needed for over 1,000 ponds throughout the County. This request is to increase the contract amount and extend the contract term to December 31, 2022.
