PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on November 7, 2016, for a total amount not to exceed $2,396,538.00. On April 10, 2018, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to extend the term of the contracts to December 31, 2019 and increased the contracts for an amount not to exceed $2,400,000.00. On June 11, 2019, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to increase the contracts for an amount not to exceed $3,400,000.00. On October 8, 2019, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 to increase the contracts for an amount not to exceed $2,900,000.00 and to extend the contract through December 31, 2020. On December 8, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 4 to extend the contract terms to June 30, 2021. On June 22, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 5 to increase the contracts for an amount not to exceed $1,475,000.00 and to extend the contract terms to December 31, 2021. On December 14, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 6 to increase the contracts for an amount not to exceed $2,500,000.00, and to extend the contract terms to June 30, 2022.
