PURPOSE:
The allocation will assist seniors and disabled homeowners with critical home repairs managed by DeKalb County Community Development
NEED/IMPACT:
This funding is being provided to aid District 3 Seniors who need critical home repairs. This additional funding is to assist more Seniors based on the applications received. Each applicant could be awarded up to $1000 for home repairs. The administration and implementation of the program will be managed by Community Development.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Transfer from District 3 Non-Departmental - Unincorporated Fund - Reserve for Appropriation (09130.579002.272.0000.0000) to Community Development Fund 250 ($90,000) for use by DeKalb County Community Development Department
