PURPOSE:
Awarded on September 4, 2020, for an amount not to exceed $75,000.00. On August 10, 2021, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option for an amount not to exceed $75,000.00. This request is for the contract to be cancelled as the vendor has been unable to hire staffing to provide the services during the pandemic.
