PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on May 26, 2020, to two (2) bidders for a total amount not to exceed $200,000.00. On July 28, 2020, the BOC approved the request to withdraw award to one of the bidders and awarded R.B. Communications, Inc. an additional $100,000.00 for a total amount not to exceed $200,000.00. On February 2 ,2021, the BOC approved Change Order No.1 to add additional funds for the 2020 elections related camera installations. On April 13, 2021, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option for an amount not to exceed $100,000.00. On August 17,2022, the BOC approved Change Order No.2 to add additional funds for the unexpected installation of the Watershed camera replacement project. This request is to add additional funds for unexpected projects to include multiple camera installations for elections and work associated with the Sam’s Street remodel.
