PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on December 17, 2019 for an amount not to exceed $2,851,850.00. Request cancellation of contract in accordance with Attachment A, General Requirement 8, the termination for convenience clause of the contract.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of cancellation of Contract No. 1188364 with:
CamKen Consulting, Inc., 6525 The Corners Parkway, Suite 214, Norcross, GA 30092
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents.
