PURPOSE:
Consists of piggybacking off the competitively let Statewide Contract No. 99999-001-SPD0000177-0026 (Tractors, Mowers and Earthmoving Equipment), to purchase two (2) diesel powered tractors with flail cutters for cutting grass and brush beside roadways and highways all around the County. These are replacement units under the seven (7) year replacement plan.
