PURPOSE:

Consists of implementation and integration of Cityworks AMS for the above groups to streamline their business processes.  The AMS will provide a unified platform to share data and provide the ability to generate important business reports.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommended Action

Recommend approval of the Sole Source with:

 

Woolpert Inc., 375 Northridge Rd Suite 300, Atlanta, GA 30350

Amount Not To Exceed:  $225,000.00

and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contract and all the associated documents.
