PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on January 28, 2014 for an amount not to exceed $14,865,616.00. On August 8, 2017, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to increase funding in an amount not to exceed $1,478,169.00 for work completed May 6, 2017 through August 31, 2017. On December 12, 2017, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1A to increase funding in an amount not to exceed $2,885,348.00 for work completed September 1, 2017 through February 28, 2018. On April 24, 2018, the BOC approved Change Order 1B to increase the contract time through June 30, 2018 and funding in an amount not to exceed $1,886,848.00 for work completed March 2018 through May 2018. On June 26, 2018, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to increase the contract time and term, revise the scope of work, and increase funding for an amount not to exceed $11,363,633.00. On June 23, 2020, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 to continue and modify existing services as well as increase the contract term through December 31, 2025 and funding in an amount not to exceed $25,922,877.00. This contract consists of providing program management services to further the Consent Decree Program through, primarily, budgeting; reporting; program implementation; community outreach; and other needed technical services. This request is to add the Department of Public Works - Roads and Drainage (PW-RD) to the contract and increase the scope of work and funding.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 4 with:
CH2M Hill Engineers, Inc. aka Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc., 10 10th Street, Suite 1400, Atlanta, Georgia 30309
Amount Not To Exceed: $500,000.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
