PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on June 26, 2018, for an amount not to exceed $14,998,844.39. This contract provides management of various types of projects in the SPLOST program from: Transportation Purposes, Public Safety Facilities and Related Capital Equipment, Repair of Capital Outlay (Parks and Recreation Repairs, General Repairs) and General Administrative. This request is to add additional funding to the contract amount to be funded from unallocated SPLOST Categories and earned program interest funds.

Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 with:
Atlas Technical Consultants LLC, 2801 Buford Hwy NE Suite T30, Atlanta, GA 30329
Amount Not to Exceed: $2,764,502.36
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change orders and all associated documents
