PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on September 28, 2021, for an amount not to exceed $13,078,024.00. During the routing process of the contract the vendor notified Purchasing that they could no longer hold pricing that was submitted with their bid. The COO made the determination to rescind the award, cancel the executed contract and rebid the solicitation. A new solicitation will be created for a contract for these services. This request for cancellation is pursuant to the terms of the agreement between the County and the vendor allowing for a termination of the contract for convenience.
