PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on December 8, 2020 for an amount not to exceed $1,168,231.00. On March 9, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed: $400,000.00. On December 7, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 for an amount not to exceed: 7,656,700.00. This request is for additional funds to install five (5) new methane wells at the Seminole Road Landfill, per the 5-year D&O Plan approval from EPD.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 3 with:
Geosyntec Consultants, Inc., 1255 Roberts Blvd., NW, Suite 200 Kennesaw, GA 30144
Amount Not To Exceed: $50,000.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
