PURPOSE:
Consists of piggybacking off the competitively-let OMNIA Partners Contract Number R220201 via the lead agency, Region 4 Education Service Center for upgrades and renovations at Washington Park Playground, Redan Park Playground, Medlock Park Playground, and Bruce Street Park Playground. The upgrades and renovations include the removal of existing equipment, purchase and installation of new equipment, new bonded rubber poured-in-place surfacing, triangle shade sails, and new park amenities.
This substitute is hereby submitted correct the affected districts by deleting D3 and replacing with D5.
