PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on July 11, 2017 for an amount not to exceed $747,000.00. On August 14, 2018, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $249,000.00. On September 24, 2019, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 for an amount not to exceed $9,534.00. On August 24, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 for an amount not to exceed $100,000.00 and to extend the contract expiration date to December 31, 2023. This request for an additional $100,000.00 needed for professional services to continue to enhance reporting and maintain integrations.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 4 with:
Deloitte Consulting, LLP, 191 Peachtree St., Suite 2000, Atlanta, GA 30303
Amount Not To Exceed: $100,000.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
