Allocation (not to exceed) $60,000.00 of District 4 2022 reserved for allocation funds to DeKalb County Accountability Courts: Drug Court (DCDC), DeKalb County Felony Mental Health Court (DCFMHC), and the DeKalb County Veterans Treatment Court (DCVTC) and DUI Courts for the purpose of supporting treatment, mental health, parent, and veteran court programs services and resources.

PURPOSE:
To approve a resolution to appropriate district 4 2022 reserve for allocation funds not to exceed $60,000.00 for the purpose of supporting DeKalb Accountability and DUI courts.
NEED/IMPACT:
DeKalb County Accountability and DUI Courts provide constituent with intervention and rehabilitation programming and provide essential resources and relief to DeKalb County residents involved in accountability courts: Drug Court Tracks 1&2, mental health, parental, veterans and DUI courts.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Appropriation of an amount not to exceed $60,000.00 from District 4 2022 reserve for allocation funds.

To approve the resolution and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents.
