PURPOSE:

To authorize the acceptance of a food donation to celebrate officers assigned to the Tucker Precinct. M & P Shopping Centers is making the donation, which is valued at approximately $5,000. The DeKalb County Police Department will not receive any funds for this event. M & P Shopping Centers will pay the food vendor directly for the costs associated with the celebration.   

 

NEED/IMPACT:

This donation was made by the managing director of M & P Shopping Centers.

 

FISCAL IMPACT:

The donation is valued at approximately $5,000. No DeKalb County Police Department funds will be used for this event.

To approve the resolution and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents....
