PURPOSE:
To appropriate District 7 reserves in the amount of $27,000 to Sixpitch for a small area study on Candler Rd.
NEED/IMPACT:
The $27,000 appropriation will be used to develop a small area study to revitalize economic development on Candler Rd. The small area study will provide an analysis of the character, requirements and conditions of the area that will articulate a detailed plan and proposal with recommendations for development.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Funding for this allocation of $27,000 is from the District 7 Reserve for Appropriation.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
To approve the resolution and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents.
