PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on September 28, 2021 for an amount not to exceed $12,087,102.82. This contract consists of patching, milling and resurfacing of County Roads. This request is for additional funding for SPLOST Area B for approximately 30 miles of roadway resurfacing. Since the award of the contract, there has been a significant increase in both materials and labor. This request is to increase the contract amount to cover the increase in costs to complete the work.
