PURPOSE:
Consists of piggybacking off the competitively let Sourcewell Contract No. 10521-LTS-3: Playground and Water Play Equipment with Related Accessories and Services. This request will assist in upgrades and renovations to Shoal Creek II Park. The upgrade and renovations include the purchase and installation of new playground equipment, a combination of artificial turf and poured-in place (PIP) rubber surface, and covered seating areas.

Recommend approval to purchase from Sourcewell Contract No. 010521-LTS-3 with:
Hasley Recreation Inc. c/o Miracle Recreation Equipment Co. - PlayPower, Inc., P.O. Box 489, Flowery Branch, GA 30542
Amount Not To Exceed: $369,551.13
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contract and all associated documents.
