PURPOSE:
To consider adopting the attached resolution creating Street Light District 122B in Land Lot 001
of the 15th District for the following street: Cannon Walk; and
To consider authorizing the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents pertaining to this project.
NEED/IMPACT:
Owners of 100 % percent of the total front footage have signed the petition. The public hearing has been advertised and appropriate signs have been posted in the area notifying the residents.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The developer has paid Georgia Power Company for the installation costs. All abutting property on this street will be assessed zero dollars and eighty-three cents ($0.83) per lighted streetside foot per year in accordance with County policy.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Adopt the attached resolution to create Street Light District 122B in Land Lot 001 of the 15th District and have streetlights installed on Cannon Walk; and Authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents pertaining to the project.
