PURPOSE:
To consider adopting the attached resolution creating Street Light District 122A in Land Lot 188
of the 16th District for the following streets: Knoll Hollow Road, Hillview Lane, Gray Pointe Drive; and
To consider authorizing the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents pertaining to this project.
NEED/IMPACT:
Owners of 100 % percent of the total front footage have signed the petition. The public hearing has been advertised and appropriate signs have been posted in the area notifying the residents.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The developer has paid Georgia Power Company for the installation costs. All abutting property on this street will be assessed one dollar and ninety-eight cents ($1.98) per lighted streetside foot per year in accordance with County policy.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Adopt the attached resolution to create Street Light District 122A in Land Lot 188 of the 16th District and have streetlights installed on Knoll Hollow Road, Hillview Lane, Gray Pointe Drive; and Authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents pertaining to the project.
