PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on March 10, 2020 for an amount not to exceed $759,566.08. On April 27, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $105,735.00. This request is to extend the contract’s expiration date to December 31, 2023 to allow additional time to make any needed changes to the final security configuration for the PAW workstations.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 2 with:
Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond WA, 98051
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the Change Order and all associated documents.
