PURPOSE:
DWM is requesting additional funding to the City of Dunwoody project under the approved Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) for the Georgetown Gateway project for City of Dunwoody CS 5156/Chamblee Dunwoody Road from Cotillion Drive to Peeler Road improvements that are associated with Watershed Management in the amount of $10,477.50. City of Dunwoody original quote submitted for DWM portion being $566,777.20 however Lewallen submitted a change to City of Dunwoody in the amount of $10,477.50 bringing the final cost to $577,254.70 for Georgetown Gateway project for City of Dunwoody CS 5156/Chamblee Dunwoody Road from Cotillion Drive to Peeler Road improvements
NEED/IMPACT:
The County has agreed to pay the cost of completing the work the City of Dunwoody project for Georgetown Gateway project for City of Dunwoody CS 5156/Chamblee Dunwoody Road from Cotillion Drive to Peeler Road improvements. This will ensure that there are adequate funds on this agreement to enable the contractor to continue working on our water and sewer installation/adjustments.

Request approval for the change to agenda 2020-0964 in the amount of $10,477.50 to make the project total cost of $577.254.70 to be paid from Watershed Renewal & Extension(R&E) and to authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute an agreement allowing for these payments and to execute all necessary documents for City of Dunwoody to complete these transactions associated with the Georgetown Gateway project for City of Dunwoody CS 5156/Chamblee Dunwoody Road from Cotillion Drive to Peeler Road.
