PURPOSE:
To consider the approval of termination of the Standardized T-Hangar Lease Agreement for T-Hangar Space
D-16 with Donald A. Jones, effective August 31, 2022; and
To consider authorizing the Chief Executive Officer to execute the Termination.
NEED/IMPACT:
In compliance with the current T-Hangar Lease Agreement, Section 8, Termination, the County desires to unilaterally terminate the Lease Agreement for convenience because the Lessee Donald A Jones is deceased.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This is a termination of a revenue generating lease agreement. There is no cost to the County.
