PURPOSE:
Consists of piggybacking off the competitively let Sourcewell Cooperative Agreement Contract No. GA-A09-040820-LIY for the conversion of a storage unit to a gym facility at the Fire Academy. This work will include the furnishing of labor, materials and supervision to include: project management and supervision, demolition and removal of existing doors, shelving, lighting, fans and ceiling, modification of roof structure to allow for a vaulted ceiling, demolition and removal of existing truss system, cut in new header for roll up door, trim and paint, spray foam to insulate walls and ceiling, painting and clean-up.
