PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on December 12, 2017, for an amount not to exceed $400,000.00. On December 4, 2018, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to extend the contract’s term to December 31, 2019. On November 19, 2019, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to extend the contract’s term to December 31, 2020. On November 17, 2020, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 for an amount not to exceed $450,000.00 and to extend the contract term to December 2023. This request is to add three (3) projects: 311 integration with Middleware; updating the Oracle Service to implement the Categorize and Track tool on the Oracle 311 platform; and implementation of Customer Portal branding, styling, and Oracle Intelligent Advisor.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend the approval of Change Order No. 4 with:
Speridian Technologies, LLC, 2400 Louisiana Blvd., NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110
Amount Not To Exceed: $336,760.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
