PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on June 22, 2021, for an amount not to exceed $4,159,861.50. On April 26, 2022, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to add funding for the replacement of cameras as needed for an amount not to exceed $25,000.00. This request is to add funding to purchase Body Worn™ Body Camera Systems for Animal Enforcement Officers.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 2 with:
Utility Associates, Inc., 250 E. Ponce de Leon Avenue, Suite 700, Decatur, GA 30030
Amount Not To Exceed: $156,209.26
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
