PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on November 13, 2018 for an amount not to exceed $1,964,225.00. This contract consists of providing landscape maintenance services to include emergency, special event and snow and ice services for DeKalb County sites. This request is for additional funding to continue services at the current sites and to add additional sites for servicing due to low staff.

Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 with:
Residential Enhancements, Inc. dba RE Global, 100 Crescent Centre Pkwy., Ste. 395, Tucker, GA 30084
Amount Not To Exceed: $645,290.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
