PURPOSE:
Consists of providing professional consultant services to develop a Transition Plan for 100% Clean Energy and Clean Transportation powering of the County’s needs by 2050. Three (3) proposals were received.
RECOMMENDATION:

Recommend award to the highest scoring proposer with:
Southface Energy Institute, Inc., 241 Pine St. NE, Atlanta, GA 30308
Amount Not To Exceed: $250,000.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contract and all associated documents.
