PURPOSE:
Awarded by the Board of Commissioners (BOC) on April 28, 2020, for an amount not to exceed of $2,450,000.00. Consist of providing construction management services for various gravity sewer collection system rehabilitation and replacement projects. This will include, but is not limited to, the following activities: preconstruction services, construction inspection services, management of meetings, production of progress reports, provision of on-site field inspectors to monitor contractor work and will require full-time dedication of the construction management (CM) teams. More than originally planned Consent Decree (CD) and capacity development program requirements have required the use of additional Contractor crews for CD-GSRR. In turn, this additional work requires additional CM services. This request is to increase funding to allow the County to address the on-going needs for CM services associated with the CD-GSRR construction work.
