PURPOSE:

Consists of piggybacking off the competitively let Carousel Industries Statewide Contract No. 99999-SPD-T20120501-0004 to upgrade existing Avaya telephone system to support the 311/Calabrio implementation. The Calabrio system is not compatible with the Avaya system version currently in production.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommended Action

Recommend approval to piggyback off Statewide Contract No. 99999-SPD-T20120501-0004 with:

Amount Not to Exceed: $524,781.65
