PURPOSE:

To approve ratification of cost on approved agenda item 2022-1263

 

NEED/IMPACT:

The Board of Commissioners approved agenda item 2022-1263 on February 22, 2022, for the purchase of 3.6 acres of land located at 7558 Pleasant Hill Road Lithonia GA at a cost of $120,000.00. The final cost after closing was $123,746.13.  This agenda item seeks to obtain approval to include the difference of $3,746.13

 

FISCAL IMPACT:

SPLOST Program Category 2A funding will be used to cover the purchase provide and associated costs, with a total revised price of $123,746.13
