PURPOSE:
To consider approval of usage of SPLOST funding in an amount not to exceed $7,085,855.60 for Fire Station 27 design and construction, located at 7558 Pleasant Hill Road Lithonia, Georgia.
NEED/IMPACT:
The new construction and design of Fire station 27 SPLOST funding requires approval by the Board of Commissioners. This will allow this portion of the project to move forward.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Funding will be provided thru SPLOST Program Category 2A.
