PURPOSE:
To approve the appropriation of $23,571.00 of Federal America Rescue Plan funds reserved for District 4 for distribution to National Council of Negro Women-DeKalb Section to help their efforts in meeting the needs of individuals and families with essential needs as defined by American Rescue Plan.
NEED/IMPACT:
DeKalb stakeholders servicing constituents have a need for financial support to provide essential resources and relief and support to DeKalb County residents affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Appropriation of an amount not to exceed $23,571.00 from POETA Account#105744.63258.521209.01.04.602479 the amounts prescribed to Scottdale Early Learning Inc.

To approve the resolution and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents.
