PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on December 17, 2019, for an amount not to exceed $750,000.00. On November 17, 2020, the BOC approved the 1st renewal for an amount not to exceed $750,000.00. On October 26, 2021, the BOC approved the 2nd renewal for an amount not to exceed $750,000.00. This request is to extend the contract term for six (6) months to cover emergencies and projects currently in progress that were delayed due to pandemic delayed delivery of parts.
