PURPOSE:
To allocate $10,270 from 2001 Parks Bond District 2 account 100592.80314.541100.05.600010 to District 2 Mason Mill Account 105077.80314.541200.06.600010 for additional services to complete the Master Plan update for Mason Mill Park within District 2.
NEED/IMPACT:
Additional services are needed to complete the updated Master Plan for Mason Mill Park. In 2022, RPCA received District 2 funds to update the existing Master Plan for Mason Mill Park. From community feedback, additional services are needed to complete the plan and incorporate the feedback into the final plan and then to meet again with the community to share the final Master Plan.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No impact to 2022 fiscal operating budget; $10,270 to be funded from 2001 Parks Bond District 2 account.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
To approve the allocation of $10,270 from 2001 Parks Bond District 2 Account. 100592.80314.541100.05.600010 to District 2 Mason Mill Park Master Plan Account 105077.80314.541200.06.600010 to complete the Master Plan for Mason Mill Park and update the community on the final plan; and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents to complete the project.
