PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on January 25, 2022 to five (5) vendors for a total amount not to exceed $5,299,736.80. These contracts consist of providing on call architect and engineering design services for a variety of planning, design, and construction projects for the County. This request is to add funding for Fire Rescue to utilize Contract No. 1272818 (POND & Company) for the design of SPLOST Fire Station 27.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 with:
POND & Company, 3500 Parkway Lane, Suite 500, Peachtree Corners, GA 30092
Amount Not To Exceed: $586,000.00
and to authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
