PURPOSE:
To extend the contract with Lexicon Strategies, LLC through June 2023 and add funds in a total amount not to exceed $46,500.00 to be allocated from District 4 Reserve for Allocation Account for continued consulting services related to the review of the viability of a CID along Memorial Drive Corridor.
NEED/IMPACT:
Continued engagement and assessment with property and business owners along the Memorial Drive Corridor regarding the formation of a CID.
FISCAL IMPACT:
46,500.00 from District 4 2022 Reserve for Allocation funds

Recommended Action
To approve the resolution and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents.
