PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on September 25, 2018 for an amount not to exceed $468,000.00. On December 14, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $156,000.00 and to extend the contract term to December 31, 2022.
