PURPOSE:
To allocate $17,055 from 2001 Parks Bond District 2 account 100592.80314.541100.05.600010 to District 2 Account 105077.80314.541200.06.600010 for additional services to complete the conversion of the house at Briarlake Forest into an open air structure. The ongoing project is part of a Park Pride Grant which was applied for by the Friends of Briarlake Forest.
NEED/IMPACT:
Additional services are needed to complete the conversion of the existing house into an open-air pavilion located at Brialake Forest. The project is currently on-going and part of a Park Pride Grant with the Friends of Briarlake Forest. The additional services include items to improve the aesthetics of the converted structure and items that were recognized during the construction of the project for completion.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No impact to 2022 fiscal operating budget; $17,055 to be funded from 2001 Parks Bond District 2 account.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
To approve the allocation of $17,055 from 2001 Parks Bond District 2 Account. 100592.80314.541100.05.600010 to District 2 Account 105077.80314.541200.06.600010 for additional services; and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents to complete the project.
