PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on September 11, 2018 to a sole source provider for an amount not to exceed $2,130,000.00. On December 10, 2019, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to increase the contract term to December 31, 2020 and funding in an amount not to exceed $1,750,000.00. On December 15, 2020, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to increase the contract term to December 31, 2021. On November 9, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 to increase the contract term to December 31, 2022. The County has utilized these proprietary parts for 18 years and currently uses over 300 Teledyne ISCO flow monitors. Only Teledyne ISCO equipment, parts and system components are compatible with existing Teledyne equipment, parts, and system components.
