PURPOSE:
Renew consulting agreement with Richard Clark Consulting for an additional twelve months from 1/1/2023 to
12/31/2023 to assist with Scope of Work for Memorial Drive Revitalization efforts.
NEED/IMPACT:
Allocate $24,000.00 of District 4 2022 Reserve for Allocation funds to support extension of contract for Richard Clark Consulting services for Memorial Drive Revitalization Project.
